Front Squats 4x4-6 80%
Press 4x4-6 80%

    This was a pretty easy going wod. The workout itself (the front squats) was a good way to increase our pr and overall weight threshold. Overall though this was a pretty easy day. No complaints here being that it is Monday and all.
