Eric - 12:52This was a pretty easy going wod. The workout itself (the front squats) was a good way to increase our pr and overall weight threshold. Overall though this was a pretty easy day. No complaints here being that it is Monday and all.

WOD gassed me but I think I'd have found it a lot easier if I was 100% healthy and not hopped up on meds!
