  2. Sometimes performing a WOD at 100% perferct form means the WOD might be too easy for you. I want the exercise to be executed around 80% of form.

    Eric displayed that yesterday by mainting most his form around 70-80%. Nice Job Eric!!!

    David and Terria maintained excellent form throught their overhead squats and will be going up weight next time. Amit also maintained excellent form for on her Air Squats and will be going up weight as well.

    Genevieve had the least of form due to her shoulder imobility issues, but showed much improvement since she couldn't even do it before.
